There is no official plan to add any tolls. In fact, Governor Kotek ordered ODOT to pause all tolling efforts until 2026.

The mayor of West Linn has been critical of ODOT’s survey of local residents.

“I criticized ODOT’s survey for asking questions like, ‘Is it reasonable to pay a few dollars for a faster trip?’ when it could end up costing folks 10 or 20 dollars. So being careful on our end not to do the same thing… and actually getting the honest data is important,” said Rory Bialostosky.

The Wilsonville City Council voted to put in $5,000 towards a new public poll. West Linn’s mayor said that Oregon City and Tualatin are also pitching in.

They said the goal is to have results by the end of February.
