Williamsport City Council tabled a decision Thursday to vote on a high bid for sale of the former City Hall building.
The vote to table or delay the decision on the $555,500 bid by JBas Realty and owner John Basalyga of Jessup was 6 to 1. Councilman Jon Mackey was the lone no vote.
