Weymouth Spring Carnival canceled after ‘chaotic scene,’ mayor says

Hedlund said the incident occurred near the gates and that it resulted in the arrest of one 18-year-old suspect from Brockton. A juvenile from Brockton was also issued a complaint, he said. The Weymouth Spring Carnival was set to run through Sunday on the property of Weymouth High School at 1 Wildcat Way.
