To the editor:
New Ulm has had excellent Mayors in the past, Bob Beussman and Terry Sveine just to name a couple. New Ulm needs another Mayor with strong values and positive leadership qualities. We feel Ron Wendinger fits this description perfectly.
We have known Ron for 35+ years and have found him to be a great leader with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ron has proven he strongly supports New Ulm and its German heritage. He has been a member of the Concord Singers for 40 years and has held various leadership positions within the group. Ron is a Veteran and very active with the American Legion.
We have found Ron to be kind, sincere, responsible, and above all else, approachable. He would be an excellent representative for the city of New Ulm.
Throughout the past couple of years, it has become increasingly evident how much elections matter. Please get out and vote on Tuesday, November 8th.
