Troy Mayor Carmella Mantello sat down with JoDee Kenney to discuss the city’s Quality of Life Action task force. The city’s goal is to get departments to coordinate and collaborate more.
This includes filling potholes block by block. The city is also working to address a homeless encampment and connect those in need of services with the Joseph’s House shelter.
