Alaska voters will decide Tuesday whether to send former governor and vice-presidential hopeful Sarah Palin to Congress in a special election for the state’s lone House seat, in a test of her political resiliency and a new ranked-choice voting system.
Ms. Palin, endorsed by former President Donald Trump, is competing against fellow Republican Nick Begich and Democrat Mary Peltola. Mr. Trump encouraged Ms. Palin to run for Congress and has campaigned for her in Alaska.
