A York County woman set three fires at a mayor’s home over a trash pickup dispute, according to police.Diane Oberdick, 69, is charged with arson, risking catastrophe, criminal mischief and other offenses.According to a criminal complaint, Oberdick blames Spring Grove Mayor Beverly Hilt for her trash not being collected.Police said Oberdick set a fire in an alley, a side porch and a breezeway under a gas meter at Hilt’s house on South Water Street on Monday. Hill wasn’t home at the time.Oberdick lives down the block, police said.Oberdick was arrested in June for allegedly setting three other fires on South Water Street.She was also seen dumping her garbage at Hilt’s garage doors in July, according to court documents. Police said Oberdick left a note on Hilt’s vehicle telling her, “You need to move to Florida.”
