New Rincon City Council members officially sworn in | #citycouncil


The City of Rincon officially welcomed three council members during a recent swearing-in ceremony at City Hall.Two of the women are new additions and one returning after winning re-election. All three are long-time residents of Rincon and bring unique backgrounds and perspectives to the council.Michelle Taylor has operated a dental practice in Rincon with her husband for over 26 years, begins her first full term on council.Brandy Riley, a business owner in Rincon since March 2020, has been a resident of Effingham for 23 years and has a background in corporate banking and business, adding valuable expertise to the council.An active member of the community, Mona Underwood has lived in Rincon for 46 years and worked in the home building industry. Notably involved with FBC Rincon, she brings a wealth of practical experience to the council.
