MISSOULA, Mont. — A new development in a story we covered this week on homelessness in Missoula. Mayor Jordan Hess will hold a press conference Friday to talk about more solutions regarding the issue.
This comes after Missoula City Council passed an emergency ordinance stating not all city lands are closed to overnight camping or sleeping.
