CAROLINA BEACH, N.C. (WECT) – Carolina Beach Mayor Lynn Barbee announced Monday that Brunches is adding a new location in Carolina Beach.
“A few weeks ago, Deb LeCompte, Carolina Beach Town Council and I met with the prinicipals of the Brunches restaurants Danny McPherson and Tyler Smith. They operate 3 locations in New Hanover County. If you haven’t tried them, I highly recommend it when you go OTB,” Barbee states in a Facebook post.
Barbee says the plan is for Brunches to be at the corner of Carl Winner Drive and Lake Park Blvd in the old Sharkey’s location. It is expected to open this summer.
“Prinicpals Danny McPherson, Tyler Smith, and Johnny Little have stressed their philosophy of integrating into the community and the importance of being good community stewards. All three are local residents,” the announcement continues.
