Manitowoc City Council to Receive 2023 Budget Today | #citycouncil

There are two meetings scheduled for today (October 17th) in the City of Manitowoc.

First up is the Board of Public Works, which will convene in the Council Chambers at 4:00 p.m. After looking over bids for a tree and stump removal project, the Board will look over their agreement with Maritime Plumbing for the installation of plumbing at the Lincoln Park Zoo.

Then at 6:30 p.m., the City Council will hold its regular monthly meeting.

They will start by conducting the Oath of Office and Badge Pinning ceremony for Firefighter/Paramedic Craig Buyske.

Then, Mayor Justin Nickels will present his 2023 Executive Budget.

They will also discuss the selling of some land in Lincoln Park, and Silver Creek Park before looking over the bids received earlier in the day for the tree and stump removal project.
