Las Cruces Mayor Ken Miyagishima steps down


The mayor for Las Cruces, Ken Miyagishima, will step away from the role after serving four terms.When looking back on his 16 years of mayoral service, Miyagishima said he was proud to work with the late New Mexico Gov.
