On Saturday, the Landlords Association of Arkansas announced the installation of state officers/board of directors and new two-term president, LuAnn Deere.
Deere is a local realtor and property manager with RE/MAX Elite in Conway. She has served as president of the Faulkner County Landlords Association for the past two years and will serve again in 2024. Also installed for a one-year term as vice president was William Jones IV from Ft Smith and Beth Passmore from Jonesboro as secretary for a two-year term.
Landlords convened in Conway at the Arnold Innovation Center to train chapter officers from across the state. Currently there are 16 state chapters with the goal of adding at least half a dozen in 2024.
The Landlords Association of Arkansas is a vital organization to the success of landlords statewide. Educating individual landlords, property managers and investors throughout Arkansas is our goal, President LuAnn Deere said.
