Lunden Alexis Roberts – the mother of one of Hunter Biden’s five children – has asked a court in Arkansas to change her daughter’s last name to Biden.
The Biden family, including Hunter, reportedly never met Navy, though she was born in August 2018 to Roberts, a stripper at a club Hunter used to frequent.
A name change petition was filed Tuesday by Roberts after Hunter, the president’s son, asked to have child support payments adjusted in September because his ‘financial circumstances’ had undergone a ‘substantial, material change.’
Clinton Lancaster, Roberts’ attorney, said that Navy would ‘benefit from carrying the Biden family name,’ adding that the name is ‘now synonymous with being well educated, successful, financially acute, and politically powerful.’

The filing adds that Navy remains ‘estranged’ from the Biden family and suggests that this ‘misconduct or neglect’ can be rectified by giving her the Biden name.
Lancaster hopes Navy ‘may undeniably be known to the world as the child of the defendant and member of the prestigious Biden family,’ according to the Northwest Arkansas Democrat & Gazette.
The filing also asserts that Biden is ‘attempting to stifle discovery into his financial affairs while simultaneously reducing his child support obligation on the claim that he now earns less income.’
Roberts’ legal team wants a list of everywhere BIden has lived for the past 10 years, vehicles he’s owned and any other evidence of his ‘well-established history of a lavish lifestyle.’
‘[Biden] objects and refuses to provide all the requested information. Instead, [Biden] seeks a protective order,’ the filing continues.
Roberts also requested information related to a federal investigation into Hunter Biden’s ‘tax affairs, to determine if, as Federal authorities insinuated, the defendant failed to disclose all his income as this goes to earning capability and Mr. Biden’s credibility.’

The little girl is being raised by her mother in Arkansas. Navy, who bears a striking resemblance to a young Hunter, does not have access to Secret Service protection like the rest of the Bidens do.
She is Hunter’s fourth of five children who was conceived while he was still in a relationship with Hallie Biden, his brother Beau Biden’s widow, who he got together with after her husband died of brain cancer in 2015.
He’s currently married to South African native Melissa Cohen, who he wed a week after meeting and with whom he shares two-year-old Beau – named after his dead brother.
Hunter, 52, initially denied being Navy’s dad, saying he had ‘no recollection’ of meeting her mother.
But they had met at a gentleman’s club called Mpire Club in Washington, DC, where Roberts, 31, was performing as ‘Dallas.’

According to his memoir Beautiful Things, that period of Hunter’s life was filled with hard drug use and ‘rampages’ of random sex with women who were ‘hardly the dating type.’
‘That’s how little connection I had with anyone. I was a mess, but a mess I’ve taken responsibility for,’ he wrote.
After a DNA test proved Hunter was the father, he and Roberts settled for $2.5 million in 2020. Hunter now also pays monthly child support and healthcare for the girl.
Roberts was reportedly on the payroll of Hunter’s consulting firm for a time before she gave birth to their daughter. In February of this year Roberts testified in front of a federal grand jury investigating Hunter on charges of tax fraud and violations of foreign lobbying laws.

In September of this year, Hunter asked a court to recalculate his child support payments, arguing he could no longer afford them. He filed a motion citing ‘a substantial material change’ in his ‘financial circumstances, including but not limited to his income.’
In the 2019 paternity suit Hunter had also tried to skirt by without supporting his love child, telling a court he had ‘significant debt’ from his divorce from ex-wife Kathleen.
‘I attest that I am unemployed and have had no monthly income since May 2019,’ he wrote.
At the time he was living in a $12,000-a-month Los Angeles rental property and driving a Porsche Panamera. An analysis first reported by NBC and confirmed by DailyMail.com found Hunter’s firm had made $11 million from 2013 to 2018.
In his book, Hunter admitted to burning through cash to pay for drugs and partying with strangers who regularly stole from him.
