Greenville-based BDV Solutions recently acquired Arkansas Global Connect, a company that provides U.S. businesses with reliable seasonal labor.
BDV Solutions is one of the largest independent companies in the country that works with businesses to place foreign nationals in entry-level positions. The company also helps immigrants earn a path to citizenship through the work programs.
Dana Deree, founder and CEO of AGC, said the company will have a truly global reach by joining forces with BDV Solutions.

AGC was launched in September 2021 and uses non-immigrant H-2A and H-2B seasonal work visas to place workers in hospitality, food processing, agriculture and manufacturing positions. The company helps fill vacant jobs at companies unable to attract and retain sufficient numbers of employees.
