FALKVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – Falkville Mayor Ken Winkles is recovering after a stroke he suffered on March 5.
According to a re-shared post on the Town of Falkville’s Facebook page, Winkles said he is starting to recover from the stroke in a long road to recovery.
According to the Town of Falkville’s Facebook page, Winkles was moved from the ICU unit to the PVC (Pulmonary Vascular Cardiac Unit) unit on March 8.
The town continues to ask for the community’s support with donations to help with Winkles’ medical expenses.
