Did you Know that Dulce Vasquez is a Millionaire Real Estate Investor and Developer – Part 4

According to public documents and the filings for City Council, District 9 Dulce Vasquez reported that her and her husband David Leauchter live in their home located at 5011 S BUDLONG AVE, LOS ANGELES, CA 90037.  This home is owned by Episteme Trust. In fact, if you look at page 3 of California Form 700, Statement of Economic   Interests she lists Episteme Trust as the owner of the home, but she also lists it as income property.  She also claims that she is getting $10,001 to $100,000 in income from Saja Chodosh. Who is Saja Chodosh and is she living with Dulce and David?  I want you to notice  one more thing in this statement.  She listed the year that she Acquired the property as 2021, but she did not give the month or day. The reason is because she used this address just to run for District 9 Council seat.
