Chillicothe City Council meets Monday | News | #citycouncil


CHILLICOTHE — The Chillicothe City Council has a hefty agenda for its meeting on Monday.

Councilmembers will hear several annual reviews and funds request from other city organizations. The council plans to modify Lagers Benefits for the public safety departments. Contracts accepting the lowest responsible bids for mowing services, cash haying operation and a demolition with possible asbestos removal are up for discussion. Fire Chief Eric Reeter will make an appearance to discuss a grant application for a rural pumper truck.

There will be a closed session after official reports to discuss personnel. The meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers of Chillicothe City Hall.
