Northport City Council will soon be searching for a new leader of District 5 as Jeff Hogg has resigned.
That’s according to an email sent just after 4 p.m. by Northport City Administrator Glenda Webb, who shared Hogg’s resignation letter and an attachment at Hogg’s request.
