It’s like going from (former football quarterback) Kyle Boller to Lamar Jackson, if you want to use football reference,” Scott said. “Trust me when I say that my administration, we’re going to make the most of this new playing field, and we’re ready to work hand in hand with Gov.-elect Moore.”This marks the 445th session of the Maryland General Assembly, and the first for Moore.
