The theory undergirds some of the crap (anti-‘CRT’, sanctuary cities, etc.) that pass through the Arkansas legislature

Active cases: 2,586, up from 2,519
Deaths: 11,416, an increase of one
Hospitalized: 44, down from 47
In ICU: 18, down from 19
On ventilator: 8, down from 10
Vaccinations to date: 4,074,495, or about 600 additional since Saturday.
