(Columbus) Alderwoman Amy Roelke was re-elected as president of the Columbus City Council at a recent meeting. She was initially elected to fill the role in May 2023. Other candidates included alderwomen Sarah Motiff and Molly Finkler, but Roelke won with four votes, with Motiff and Finkler receiving one vote each. The combined final tally was 4-2.
