Alabama will be well represented on the National Federation of Republican Women’s (NFRW) Board of Directors in 2024-2025.
The NFRW, the largest grassroots Republican women’s organization in the country, met last week in the Washington, D.C., area to conduct organizational business and receive updates on Capitol Hill from Republican elected officials.
Alabama junior U.S. Sen. Katie Britt (R-Montgomery), a member of the Alabama Federation of Republican Women, provided an update along with U.S. Sens. Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-Miss.), Cynthia Lummis (R-Wyo.), Ted Budd (R-N.C.) and John Cornyn (R-Texas).
“Republican women have an impactful and ambitious agenda in 2024,” NFRW president Julie Harris said. “We are contributing millions of volunteer hours to reclaim the White House, achieve a stronger majority in the U.S. House, and regain control of the U.S. Senate. And we are advocating to secure the border, strengthen the economy, and protect parental rights. We are pleased that so many women from Alabama will play key roles in these efforts by sharing their talents and ideas with our members across the nation.”
Birmingham’s Britney Garner, past president of the AFRW, is the youngest member of the NFRW Executive Committee. She was elected in October.
“I look forward to helping the NFRW grow in members from the courthouse to the White House; because when women work we win,” she stated.
Tiffany Noel of Huntsville was elected president of the Alabama Federation of Republican Women in December.
“I’m proud to lead an organization of over 1700 smart, conservative women statewide,” said Noel. “As the largest auxiliary group in the Alabama Republican Party, we are continuing to grow and are committed to volunteer hours and work to elect President Trump in November and educate voters on how Republican party principles are best for our nation and our state.”

Judy Motlow (Mobile) –Member of Regents Committee
Joan Reynolds (Birmingham)– Vice-Chairman of Campaigns and Elections Committee
Frances Taylor (Huntsville) – Member of Americanism Committee
