What they were saying about Arkansas’ win over LSU

The Arkansas Razorbacks picked up their second consecutive win as they knocked off the LSU Tigers, 60-40, inside Bud Walton Arena in Fayetteville (Ark.). The Hogs improved to 14-6 on the year and 3-5 in SEC play after handing the Tigers their seventh straight loss.

It was a lighter crowd than usual in the arena with heavy snow in the area, but that didn’t stop Hog fans from bringing tons of noise. The Razorbacks gained some momentum early in the first half and rode it to the tune of a 23-2 run to break the game open.

Davonte Davis led the way for the Hogs with 16 points, seven rebounds, three assists and two steals while going 7-of-8 from the field. Anthony Black finished with 14 points, seven rebounds, three assists and three steals while Ricky Council IV scored 10 points and dished out seven assists.
