Republican gubernatorial candidate Bob Tiernan testified in California last year that he spends most of his time in that state, raising more questions about the strength of his connection to Oregon.
In a sworn deposition taken in July 2021 in Contra Costa County Superior Court related to his ongoing dispute with Bay Area bicyclists, Tiernan said that he spends “probably 60% of my time or more” in California and about 40% in Oregon.
